Online contest on the national legal portal: Understanding the constitution and law
In celebration of the 80th anniversary of the date on which the First National Assembly adopted the first Constitution of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam (November 9, 1946 – November 9, 2026), and in response to the 2026 Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; pursuant to Decision No. 1497/QD-HDPH dated June 16, 2026 of the Central Council for Coordination of Law Dissemination and Education promulgating the Plan for organizing the Ceremony in response to the 2026 Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; Decision No. 1735/QD-BTP dated July 17, 2026 of the Minister of Justice promulgating the Plan for organizing activities in response to the Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam by the Ministry of Justice; and Plan No. 5652/KH-BTP dated July 24, 2026 of the Ministry of Justice on organizing the Online Contest on Understanding the Constitution and Law (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”).
